Well I'm trying out the talk to text feature on my phone doing some multi tasking I think this is going pretty good so far. Just to let all my faithful readers out there no I and still here alive and kicking just working awfully hard life has presented us some unique challenges but I am too stubborn to ever give up so there's that. I am still going for fire fighting as a career . My job is helping me lose weight because I am active a lot of the time. I am practicing DDP yoga and I am ready to start the program. It is not easy but it is not as hard as it looks. I am able to do things now that I have never tried . This was just a quick update I'll get back to you all later.
